Mike,
I'm sure this has been asked or thought of already but has anyone thought of videoing the weekly transformations of auto and uploading to the web site so us that live in the GREAT northwest like Oregon could watch all of the magic that happens every week? Just a thought!
Have a fantastic 4th. Now if autogeek would put on a smokin promo disc. For the 4 th. Weekend!

We actually used to do Live Broadcasts of our Thursday night projects an "yes" they were recorded and you can watch them all here,

Live Broadcasts Videos of Thursday Project Cars

We are the first to ever do anything like this in the detailing forum world.

The videos in that list are absolutely jam packed with tons of tips and techniques throughout the length of the videos.

IF I ever had the free time I would watch each one and make a list of tips and techniques shared with the time mark for fast viewing. Just don't have the time.

You know if there were a lot of interest in bringing back the live feed there would be posts about it on this forum and the live feed threads would have a lot of posts in them too.

No chatter... no action...

Takes a lot of effort and resources to do these types of projects and the only real way to gauge popularity is in post counts in the threads.

Reading is good, clicking the "post reply" and adding comments actually shows something. We did our part.

what a fantastic opportunity! enjoy guys, wish i could be there :dblthumb2:

Big Turnout Expected

Also just to note, we had a lot of people at this last weekend's Cars & Coffee show interested in being a part of this project so to all the regular guys be prepared to take on the role of mentor and we'll use the Buddy System if a lot of guys show up.

For this project we're going to be using Cyclo Polishers with BLACKFIRE compounds, polishes and waxes...

The Cyclo polishers were introduced in 1952 so it's completely plausible that back in the 1950's cars from the 1930's and 1940's like this 1938 Plymouth Sedan were buffed out using tools like the Cyclo Polisher.

So we're going to revisit this tool when we buff out this car and I think a lot of you guys that have never used the Cyclo are going to be surprised!
