Dunno about you all... But I can't stand when someone wrecks all the performance, handling, and drivability of any car that was engineered for high performance.

What do you think??!

Wow!

Terrible!

Right up there with Coffee Can Mufflers on an 80's Honda Civic

Well Steve, you have just ruined my day: unfortunately, I don't have the capability of unseeing things - it would be rather handy right now...

I like the 4th car :D

But then again I like these.

I'm going to have 2 Lamborghinis 1 custom the other OEM lol, but then again would probably customize that one too.

Umm on second thought I am going to change my answer to 3 Lamborghinis

Those look terrible. However, I am a fan of these but they aren't quite as "stanced"

Ya these are set up to be driven! The first set of pics, I just don't get it. All that negative camber to make it look like your wheels are about to come off. But, if that's what they like, so be it.

When you have too much money to burn & no style , I guess it s what someone does .

Lower a little bit & other wheels/tire combo , but not to these extremes !

Nope....that looks wrong too

Agree. Maybe you could drive that car on a perfectly flat track (if there is such a thing), but it looks like that front tire would smash into the fender if you ran over one peanut:

I guess it's a good car to trailer from show to show to look cool though.

Stance will make her dance, so why not have a stanced car?

I have lowered my car significantly but not to the point where I have ridicules camber just to fit the wheels in, I think all of them look good except for the second picture but I can admire the work that was put into it to get ridicules low

And if you thought that was a travesty, check this out:

There seem to be a huge number of people out there with far more money than brains.
Hot hatchbacks with an inch or so of drop I can appreciate but radical drop/stanced anything is a travesty. The owners are clearly more interested in fashion than handling or are simply ignorant.
Rat rods and old school lowriders that were never designed to handle are a whole different category.

The 2nd pic in the original post is horrible!

There's a vid somewhere on YouTube where a guy has a car with waaay more camber than the Lambo! I guess the guy has to stop every 25 miles to put air in the tires because the tire fits inside the wheel, by about 2". On another forum I used to be on I "commented" on it and the local guy who was our moderator said "But Roger, he's an internet star!", he told me this inperson too. His own car was done like this but not quite as extreme and I guess my age came into play to him. That said, I may be 44 and from the D and grew up w/ muscle cars but I've been exposed to "the other side" since 2000 and have come to respect sport compact cars, all of them and this current "stance" thing just makes no sense unless the car is staying parked and at that point its not a car anymore, right?

The "coffee can" Honda was brought up earlier and that's a rep that's been earned sure enough but I must say you need to watch what you say and think about those cars, you never know what else is done but for the most part you can tell a "ricer" from a 12 second FWD Honda, trust me.

In closing I really hate when this "stance" look is done to a car with great handling characteristics, atleast do it to a "regular" car that noone will miss.

Bottom line is that it can run 10sec and it still is a Honda at the end of the day. I Will take my 5000lbs plus Avalanche and 14mpg all day every day.I have seen first hand what happens when one of these "Cans" runs into the back of a truck, (my truck). It was not pretty at all when I watched the "Can" get on the flatbed for the ride to its forever grave. And then I got in my truck and drove home.
20 yrs from now I don't think people will collect these types of cars like they do the muscle cars we both like.
PLEASE NEVER TAKE ME TO THE "OTHER SIDE".

"You need to watch what you say"

How about I say whatever I like

The chances of a "river" with a loud coffee can actually being fast or even quick are so low that it isn't even worth discussing.

My two ton Yukon Denali is faster than 95% of the modified Imports out there.
