Wow, lots of import bashing here! "Its still a Honda at the end of the day", ###! Sorry, I don't expect everyone to have my view on cars but in my 44 years of paying attention to cars the respect thing is a one way street and its this, the "Woodward" generation only respects Murican cars but the iPod generation like all cars. People gravitate towards what they like and/or drove when they were younger, like the older crowd with muscle cars and todays enthusists w/ Hondas. Its too bad its like this with the whole respect thing too! Yeah, the Honda rearends the big 14 mpg Murican truck and it goes to the graveyard it rightly deserves to go to, nice attitude there! As far as beating 95% of modded imports, are you firetruckin' kidding me that sheet, come on!

Not quite an exotic, but I just wonder sometimes whenever I see a Large Car lowered and hauling freight ~ which is where many of the show trucks end up after their looks go stale.. Damaged fuel tanks, steps, and bumpers are the norm in my world.

A lot of show trucks are working vehicles. Put thru the paces, then on the line-up at the show. Every time I see a working show truck I have a similar sentiment as Monica...

I ve seen lovely trucks on the road , but nothing as low as the one you posted .

Canadian owner operators started the lowered craze 15 years ago or so. Got to get out to Cali, AZ and west coast USA to see lowered rigs on a daily basis.


Some lowered truck operators have installed flip bumpers to keep from destroying chrome while negotiating entering/exiting aprons in/out of parking lots.

Now I am an import guy, but am completely against any suspension mods that hurt the handling of the vehicle as I like to be able to go fast when I want and to be confident going into twisties.

A stock Denali has 405hp.

With only a BlackBear tune and cat back exhaust my two ton 4-wheel drive truck will walk away from 95% of the Imports in LA, which are all noise and no GO.

seeing car with rims and no drop (doesn't have to be huge) is pretty annoying. i've seen countless chrysler 300's that are dropped and had rims but looked like it was in 4x4 mode. if your going to get rims, do it the right way and make the stance look right...

To you.. As I stated to the young kids who can only afford such. I like how you didn't address anything else.. I never said they could I personally and have had friends that had civic's 8-10 years ago that would roll on your truck with even 600hp...
