Wanting to know what people would charge. I was thinking $100. Wondering if I'am to high.I have a Chevy Silverado 4 door Iam doing for maintenance once a month vacuum wipe down inside and also clean out the pet hair. Wash the outside.
I have already done the regular detail to it.

Sounds like 1.5-2 hours, maybe faster if you are doing a rinseless wash. $100 is not far off at $40/hour if you also have to deal with pet hair and you are burning through product dressing a bed liner.
This is a case where you may want to give them an hourly rate and an estimate of the time you plan to take to do the work. That way if the pet hair is bad and you take an extra 30 minutes, you get paid for it, and if the car sat in the garage for a month the client isn't paying $100 for a quick wipedown.
If you have already detailed the car and you are just maintaining it, then I think $100 may be a bit steep. Unless this vehicle is very nasty each time, I would say $50 would cut it. Maybe $65, if the pet hair gets out of hand.

$100 for a wash is out of hands, even if you charge $50an hour I don't know how a basic wash can take you more then an hour to do.

This is once a month, not weekly or biweekly. Wheels will be trashed, bedliner will likely be trashed and it's a crew cab, if he's got a topper it's more time. Trucks can easily take twice as long as a sedan, they are just abused more in general.
One of the weekly maintenance I do is $75 per week and that's on the lower end. Dust and dirt accumulate fast!
How many hours, of your time, did you spend doing this "regular detail"? What is your hourly rate?I have already done the regular detail to it.
OT: You okay after the earthquake?
