I dug out my old sander today to do a little project. I bought this in 1982 from my neighbor who was 96 at the time. I have no idea how long he had it before I bought it but I'll bet it is from the 50's at least. It is a cast aluminum body and it is a vibrating son of a gun. But it still works good. I put a new cord on it a couple years ago. I thought a few people might get a kick out of it.
