Disclaimer: I apologize in advance if my post offends anyone..... But.....

I just destroyed a BRZ with my Escape Im the MAN

Highway driving, of course (the BRZ would definitely kill on the backroads), but I was waiting for this opportunity.
Why? Because when I was looking to replace my MINI, I was looking at the BRZ/FRS. But the numbers they were putting out were ridiculous..... 200hp and only 150tq with that price tag? No thank you. I jokingly told people I could beat one in the grocery getter.... And now I know I can :dblthumb2:
 
nice! Those things are SLOOOWWWW..

I always have them tailgating my Genesis, and always wonder..why!?

You guys better look out for the 2017 Toyota 86, it gets 205 up and 5 lbs more torque😋

LOL just in time for the 2017 Twin Turbo Genesis Coupe. Man it's going to be hard for me not trade mine in.

I had an FRS messing with me the other day. Being I drive the 3.8 it's really not a fair comparison any way, kind of like comparing our V-6 to a Mustang or Camaro V-8.

However due to the heavy weight of the GC when comparing the FRS/BRZ to the 2.o Turbo GC when they both came out in 2013ish, the GC going to 275hp, on a track it was a closer comparison. The BRZ being better balanced. I still can't understand why they haven't put the WRX turbo version of the boxer engine in the BRZ, that was a big mistake.

That's a question for the ages, not like they would be taking away from the "stellar" annual WRX sales. :props:

Maybe it was for insurance reasons because of the median age that buys the FRS/BRZ. Guess we'll never know.

Had they offered that I wouldn't own a Genesis. I guess it was meant to be.

House is FINALLY getting there. Sounds like insurance is going to pay to have the basement floor replaced (or at least half of it). So that will be the last thing.
HVAC came out earlier this week and completely cleaned the house vents and duct work. So we have nice clean vents and ducts now :xyxthumbs:

I just finished a big project and deadline at work, so I was MIA from here for a bit.
 
In other, better news....

I officially registered for my first marathon this fall :dblthumb2:

Something I've been wanting to accomplish. Wish me luck folks!
