These are the products I use from 1st Hand experience. If AGO comes out with something new, that might change. But for right now this is pretty much what I use. Way cool thread!! I added Glaze as it was not there.

The xtreme protect and shine is a sealant product that will give you the protection and the brilliant shine is a quick detailer that would great for maintainence of the sealant after washing. I would get both
 
I don't see the need for "latest". How about just "favorite" instead? There's something not right about "latest favorite"; it's either your favorite or it isn't. /pedantic

Wash media: MF Madness Incredisponge
Decontamination: NanoSkin AutoScrub
Polish Machine: only own a PC and GG3 right now, soon to remedy
Pads: Meg's 5" DAMF with
Compound: D300 and
Polish: D301
AIO polish: D151 but ready to try WG Ultimate...
Coating: GTechniq EXO for now, not enough experience
Sealant: BFWD
Wax: no favorite, 845 IW is a go-to
Tyre dressing: 303
Rinseless/waterless wash: ONR
Quik detail: Meg's #34 Final Inspection. It just works.
Quik wax: don't use for now, but D156 is in my future
Microfiber: no favorite, use Cobra, MFM, TRC and others
Interior cleaner: I use several per car
Window cleaner: D120, it just works so darn well

hydro2 on bare paint or on top of coating?
can it be use as less concentrate (1:10) for weekly maintenance after the initial application(1:3)?
