Yea i've read that thread but saying that you prefer something does not necessarily mean that it is better. Saying something is better is a statement about quality and validity. If there's a better soap i'd like to know what it is and how that conclusion was reached.

If it's simply a matter of their preference then uh....eh hem. yea.

What was that FK soap u said you got for 11.99?

The 2 that really stick out to me are:

Adam's Shampoo - More $ but thicker, awesome in a foam gun/cannon, slicker, suds more, cleans better and smells better IMO. Not sold here though.

Lusso Auto Bathe - Pretty pricey but hands down the slickest car shampoo EVER. Foams very nicely. Also not sold on AG

Other notable soaps are Meg's Hyper-Wash, Dr.Beasleys, Optimum, Honeydew.

Awesome! thanks for the heads up.

Thankfully i have an OTC Distrib near me that has all of Adams stuff. I'm going to give their soap a try. Does look thicker and more substantial in the bottle. Now the Lusso i cannot find. Maybe you could hook a guy up with a sample of it. :props:
 
Awww man. I feel left out. Yesterday and today, I was supposed to wash a car using 901 but not enough light out (6am in So Cal). By the time I do get some light, I have to get ready for work. Maybe over the weekend, if the GF leaves me alone.


As far as slickness, I do like Dean's Perfect Soap, but admittedly, I haven't tried some of the others...yet. I've been doing rinseless with ONR. (And yes, I fully intend on getting the Duragloss version for rinseless!!)

DavidC, you'll love the DG rinseless, trust me/us:cool: Not sure if you know this already but I would be remissed if I didn't tell you about the cheap, flat rate shipping directly from Duragloss, just sayin'! I paid $5.00 for shipping of a gallon of their rinseless and Enviroshield kit:thumbup:
