I can see those being a big hit at Detailfest .... cannot wait to try one !
 
Tumblers aside this is a very good topic that folks need to pay attention to.
Here in South TX when detailing during the summer I would need 4-8 liters of water just to make it through the detail for that day. When all was said & done, shower complete, I would still drink another 2-3 liters of wawa.
 
^^^ I couldn't agree more!!
Here in South florida the summers could be hot and brutally humid, so hydrations is super important!
I drink about 2 gallons of water and day and sometimes even more

BTW..........who said Italians can't be GEEKS!!

No doubt. No matter where you live, if it is hot or humid you need to stay hydrated while detailing. I got heat exhaustion this summer while spending 10 straight hours detailing a Grand Cherokee. I was so focused on the job that I didn't realize it was around 90 degrees and extremely humid. Needless to say, I didn't take time to drink enough throughout the day. For the last hour or more of the detail my heart was racing and mentally I was not in a good place. I got into a pool to cool off, but it was hard to catch my breath to go under water, and also my feet started to cramp so much that I had to get out of the water. I was much better after drinking fluids, but it took me 2 days to fully recover and get my energy back.

I learned a valuable lesson that day for sure.
 
I usually bring a gallon of water and a liter of some o' dat gatorade when I have to detail.
 
Big, empty movie theatre plastic cup for me and fill it up from my distilled water that I use to dilute APCs and IPAs; Saves me time from running back and forth
