As a cleaner, I use 3MPerfect-it swirl remover, gentle, but good top work with. Can anyone tell me what the diff is pplease between Perfect-it ultra fine polish and 3000 Swirl Mark Remover.

Polishing and waxing. What is really the diff?????

I'm not familiar with 3M products but the swirl remover is going to have more cut to remove the defect, but usually leaves behind some marring, or hazing of it's own. The fine polish is going to clean up the marring left behind by the swirl remover which in turn amps up the gloss. Polishing is removing small amounts of paint to correct defects. Wax is applied to protect the finish you created with the swirl remover and polish
