Here's a few of the recent jobs I knocked out.

Some fun facts: The red Mercedes I ended up doing as a donation for the Bank Of Oklahoma's United Way fundraiser. The touch up on the black X-series BMW belongs to one of the VP's at BOK as well. After some small talk, I found out the black Lexus owner is the cousin to one of my teachers from high school (from back in 98!!).

you not only made them look good as new, but from a safety standpoint helped avoid any accidents that could of occurred with the way they were...

Nice work.....now out with the secrets!

Thanks for the compliments, guys! Surprisingly, it only took 800 grit by hand to get a clean slate going, then work my way up to 2000. Hit them with the Wolfgang twins and they're ready to coat with the LSP of your choice.

This was from another thread he started.

Pretty much the same process, as rgeier11 quoted.

So many customers say they have a hard time seeing at night. It's really satisfying to completely turn them around for them in about an hour and keep them from buying new lenses.

You do this all by hand or with drill/rotary/da? Nice work! You work in circles or alternating up/down - side to side when switching grits?

Most cars I can knock out the sanding by hand. Very few makes need the DA but I'll just do it to get me to a good starting point for hand-sanding. As far as that goes, always follow the 90 degree pattern to make sure you're ready for the next grit.
