Hello detailers.

Upon inspecting my family vehicle (Honda Odyssey), I noticed that there were many black dots that are found mostly on the side skirts as well as bonnet & bumper.

So, my question is.. what product and technique would you use to remove these "black dots" that I suspect are dead bugs or road tar?

Please enlighten me. All is welcomed to chime in! 😄

It looks like it may be tar so tar-x may be an option. Then a good wash and clay after followed up with a compound, Polish, and wax-sealant.

Try an OTC tar remover, they all work about the same
