It won’t and it’s not.
I only use a machine for correction work, I prefer having the control doing my waxes or sealants by hand.

The major advantage of machine application besides it being much faster which equals efficiency, machine application gives you the ability to apply the product in a much more consistent uniform manner. One of the most common complaints I've read over the years on this forum is about lsp's and removability. In many cases that is due to over application of product and is usually due to hand application. You also use much less product when applying by machine.
It is virtually impossible to get this type of application by hand.

And 1 of the drawbacks is not having as much control around edges/rubber trims. It presents a problem not only because some lsps aren’t plastic/rubber trim friendly and also because even if they are, you run risk of turning your pad black if you accidentally go over them, and I don’t like the idea of applying lsp with a caked black pad, even if it’s minimally stained.
