Lubrication for claying

I've used Mothers Showtime, D114, ONR, and DP RW&G. I really like Mothers for the Nanoskin Sponge.

ONRWW .5 oz : 32 oz

Different clays react different to different solutions. I use plain old water with meguiars clay kit. For mothers I use dedicated spray. For griots I use speed shine. Some clays don't have quite the pick up as others too.

Well I use my RW mixed up to QD ratios for clay/clay towel lube and it works out great. IMO there's NO reason to buy anything else because this is so cost effective and simply works :dblthumb2:

Yep. Snagged one. :xyxthumbs:

On my daily driver only, since it sits outside 24/7. Since we're in the rainy season here in Florida, lately I just use rain water. I keep all my vehicles clayed & waxed, so the beading provides good lubrication. The cars get spray wax.

Optimum no rinse 2 oz per gallon is the recommended dilution ratio for a clay lube

So if you use the whole gallon just for clay lube you can make 64 gallons

8 oz per gallon for quick detail
That would make you 16 gallons

Use distilled water it makes the product perform better and optimum recommends using distilled water because if you use tap they recommend to use more product to get rid of the minerals and hard water.

Use distilled you wont be disappointed

At my shop i use quick detail like mad i cant afford to pay 30$ for one gallon and im constantly using it

Onr made it possible for me to use it without being cheap with it o use it for quick detail clay lube waterless washes.

Its a awesome versatile product and is worth the money
