I just finished watching the Nano Skin Informational Video...I cried each time I watched it. I wish they made a feature length film. I'd take my wife to see it. A masterful piece.

The intensity and comedy when the clay bar was dropped to the love affair between man and car demonstrates the emotion and humanity that no other company has captured to date.

The Velcro hand attachment was a mind blowing moment of strapped lubrication. It was like seeing Tiny Tim receiving a handicap parking space.

To you Nano Skin I say, well done, and I will now buy your products.

:iagree:

Funny thing... The video was the icing on the cake for me, too. I bought the sponge two-pack. I'll buy a mitt, next. Of course, I'll watch the video again, too.

Did you like the sponge? Really as good as clay?

I bought their Autoscrub Speedy Prep Sponge two-pack when the big sale was going on, and I'm sold on them. Seems to work quick, much more ergonomic on my fragile hands compared to clay, no noticeable marring with the fine grade sponge. All of their available options are highly rated, I've heard reviews of guys loving the wash mitt, the towel, the ones that attach to the DA, etc. So I'm really looking to try some of those other options out as well.

I'm thinking about jumping to these this year. Claying just takes so much time.

With the 6" DA version, what size backing plate do you guys use? I have a GG6 and a 6" and 5" backing plate. The 6" would make me a little nervous being right on the edge of the pad. Also, what speed do you run at?

The washmitt would be my other choice. For those of you that use this, do you use the bubble bath soap or do you prefer the Glide (1:7)?

+1! I haven't tried the medium grade yet, but the old Civic I'm working on is in pretty bad shape. I'll probbaly be using it on that. The fine grade worked great, though. I've always been a fan of the Griots clay, but I'm not sure I'll ever use it again.

I've been using their sponges for a while now and I have to say I love it. I will say this much, if the contaminants on the car is really bad use the clay. I did a white Sentra with extremely heavy build up on it and it pretty much just caked up the Nanoskin, which made it useless after that. That was an extreme case. I've been using new sponge after that one for a while now with no signs of the effectiveness fading.

On the Groits clay bar, IIRC, only ONE company makes clay "Clay Magic" So just buy from them. They make and repackage for everyone else….FOR EVERYONE ELSE!!! I don't think the patent expired yet or it's this year.
