I'm going to get hounded for posting this one but Adams Total Interior Detailer. I used it long ago but I have switched to Meguiar's QID. Can't beat it.

I started using it for maintenance cleaning, it's nice stuff. CG silk shine is also decent, however I have been getting away from their products.
