Bicyclist vent

When I'm driving, I don't want cyclist to get in my way. When I'm riding a bicycle, I don't want motorist to get in my way.

Since we are on this topic... I have met the person in link below. Bike that he brought to the event was so light that anyone could pick it up using just two fingers. :O

As an aside, my friend just texted me he bought another bicycle. It's was 6 grand. It looks like this:

Then he is selling this bike (cost same amount new) for 2 grand on EBay:

This is like the 6th bike he has in this price range. So, if you think detailing is an expensive hobby...

I have a question for you cyclists. When you are riding like madmen tearing up and down the biking/hiking trails, and generally treating the hikers in the same way that you complain drivers treat you, and you come flying up behind me screaming LEFT, LEFT, LEFT. Do you want me to move to the left or are you telling me that you are going to pass me on the left?

They are coming around you, on your left.

When I lived in Austin TX there were THOUSANDS of bikers. The vast majority seemed to think they owned the lanes and DARED cars to hit them. Really really stupid! Mind your manners and mind your lane & we can all get along.

Those that don't are begging to get clipped by a fender. There are MORONS on two wheels as well as four. I saw a huge amount of morons that thought they were invincible with two and four wheels...........mostly two.

I swerve at them so they feel the wind wiE by from the titans big ass mirrors when they are riding on the wrong side of the road. Hum I wonder why we have that whole dedicated lane it wouldn't be for us to ride in I'm lance Armstrong lol and maybe I have a road rage issue

there should be a "like" button for this :iagree:

if bicycles are going to use the road , they should be required to have a license, tag and insurance just like the rest of us

I might have come off to strong. I don't mind sharing the road when someone uses common sense and caution. (I don't really swerve at them). Now it maybe the area I live In is full of entitled people that think they are entitled to whatever they would like to do. We have very wide bike lanes here but some just have the urge to do as they like. But. I catch he'll for a golf cart on the bike path. I had a really good one today of an older woman walking back from the pool I'm gathering by the attire she insisted on walking on the side of the left hand lane on a 4 lane road I moved over but just wonder where people come up with some of the things they do not very smart. And there is my rant lol

Not to mention a big orange SMV triangle on their butt.

Do some of you really believe that bicyclists think they own the road as compared to 3000-7500lb vehicles with drivers that are texting or looking at their phone for the next hot song to play?

Grow up.
