Recommended products for hand application

I was wondering if theres specific products that are recommended for someone that isnt going to use a machine to apply. I have a Black Santa Fe, a new Black Harley and a dark red Chrysler T and C. I have in my stockpile....Poorboys QD, Meguiars Clay Kit, Petes 53 (new can), Meguires Mirror Glaze #7,and ICE synthetic wax. What products would work best applied by hand as far as polish,sealant,etc...Also, the Harley is brand new with only 19 road test miles on it. The paint is in pretty good shape, although there is some "orange peeling" that I can see. My plan was to clay bar the bike, then use the Mirror Glaze followed by the Petes 53 to protect it. Thoughts?

Non-diminishing abrasives are the only abrasives I think should be used for hand polishing.
Meguiar's M105, M205, Ultimate Compound, and Ultimate Polish are all perfect choices!
