Washed the truck today... Have to drive to work tonight...

Can I polish and wax it tomorrow without rewashing?

Would a quick retailer and a microfiber be enough? Or should I do a waterless wash tomorrow before polishing and waxing?

At minimum a quick detailer to get rid of dust. You aren't driving anywhere are you? If you are, then at least do a waterless wash (preferably rinseless).
