nanoskin towel or 6 inch pad

Just want to get some opinion's from some of you that have used both of these.
I have been using the nanoskin 6 inch pad on the DA. for a while now and do like it better than clay but was watching a little u tube video and notice the towel. To me it looked like it would be faster and easier than the DA. also was wondering if i would get less maring on a black car. If you have used both of these i would appreciate some feedback . thanks
