Gilmour Foam Gun Tip flew off

Not sure if I'm posting in the right section. But the foam tip on my gilmour multi ratio foam gun flew off today as i was foaming a customers car. gladly it didnt do any damage. Am I missing something thats suppose to lock in the tip to the foam gun?

It snaps on and has a retaining ring that locks it on.

also to add to Setec, you should be able to see the silver clip on the outside of the nozzle right near where you insert and snap it in...

another thing.. if you have the foam gun with the brass pin you DO NOT want to lose the little screws that go on the top of the foam gun and on the right end of the brass pin. make sure to screw them tight every so often as they come loose...

Just checked mine and the side screw was loose.

Just checked mine. Tight. Mine has some years on it! Never let me down. So often i lightly grease the slide pin.
