Hi Guys,

Until very recently I've never heard of anything like this product. Spray a small amount onto a freshly washed vehicle, not DRIED, and watch the water run away. It's fun to watch the otherwise stationary water bead, just fall off. This makes drying quicker & because of the lubricants, less chance of scratching plus it adds shine. I like this so much I plan to purchase the gallon size. Adding this product or extra step, actually makes dryin g quicker & easier. The gloss enhancers in AFTER WASH, will make people think you've spent hours waxing. AMAZING product. CG (Chemical Guys) After Wash

If it were me I would use ONR or another spray wax product like megs xpress, just not buying their BS.

Their product is good and I think there are better products out there with multiple usage.

Hilarious! Almost sprayed my water all over the computer screen.

Perhaps warning the unsuspecting ?

Thanks though, right on time! I needed it :props:

Wow! Okay have you guys tried the product? It would add validity to your opinions. Should after trying the product, it does not live up to it's 'claims', then the 'free market' system will, make this a not purchased item.

IMO - I like after wash & it works as claimed.

:xyxthumbs: Good post. Cant judge it till you try it.

:iagree:

I have used it and was not really impressed with it...Again this comes from a weekend detailer :)

The first time I used it I was also not impressed, as I used way too much product. Now I use much less, and get great results.

My bucket list is to retire and book south, I am born and raised in Jersey sadly I don't want to die here.

Don't be too surprised when you find out that there are many,
many of these type of spray-on products (like this offering from CG);
and, that when any of them are sprayed onto a wet car...
they, too, will causes the surface tension of water "to break".

•However...
-The thing I've noticed that often occurs when the
surface tension "breaks in this manner" is that:
Water will run down the vehicle into cracks
and crevices I cannot easily get to.

-I personally don't see the FUN in that.

The product sounds like DDJ Time to Dry Detailer.

If you have a reasonable LSP and you sheet the water off, there really should not be that much that would require a product like this -- just go with a regular detailer.

I use Prima Wax as You Dry. Does everything it intended to do. Great drying aid and gets rid of those dastardly hard water spots with a bright shine when u are in a hurry.

Rico,

As you can tell there are a few folks around here that don't fancy
products sold by that particular company. I myself reserve judgement until I use the product, any product, any company.
Glad you liked it, thanks for your review. Take care.:xyxthumbs:

Peace,

Darrin

:dblthumb2: The best drying aid/wax i have ever used.

Hi Darrin,

Thanks for the, Heads Up, interesting as you can purchase CG products, at this store. For each detailing chore, perhaps you can find 10 or more products, that do the same thing. You try one product, next your purchasing another pretty soon, you've got an investment.

I kind of remember at Mequiar's class, many years ago, one of the Meguiars team, said something like, you can't find any better products than ours, as we have, a huge resources, & the competition can't match our R&D.

I got good results with Meg., but now that one product led to another CG product, I can't say Meg is better than CG. Seems about the same, & as I detail each 6 months, durability is about the same.

A friend down the street had a Shelby Cobra, he would trailer it to car shows, he was a big fan of Mothers, & IMO, I could not say, his detail results were any better than what I normally got/get.

I kind of doubt, in this league of products, one is that much superior to the competition, perhaps brand loyalty, triggers a defensive reaction.

Then again maybe I've not tried enough competitors products, to make the previous comment. But this akin to schooling & learning.

Take Care
Rico

I have been using this since it came out and love it - it really does make drying easier plus we have really hard water, which this stops any water spots. However, just got some Prima Hydro... and I like it better.

Growing up in S. Jersey that's what I always said, then 33 years ago I woke up and hauled booty to Fla. Only been back in that state 3 times since and not in 15 years LOL.

Watched the video on this, looks impressive. I have so much stuff to help with drying I cant justify buying more.
