Need to order new pads

I've been out of the detailing loop for several years. Last post was on Meguriars site when Mike was still there and 83 was all the rage.

I own a porter cable vs rotary polisher and a porter cable da. The only pads I've used a the Meguiars red and yellow but they are coming apart.

Probably going to get 105 and 205 for compound but could change. Started back using 80 and 84 as it's on the shelf.

Go ahead and stick with Meguiar's pads, but buy the new thin pads they offer for the DA.

Get a six pack, 3 Red and 3 Yellow at a minimum. I'd prefer six of each if feasible.

Then get some Buff and Shine 4 inch pads and the 3.5" backing plate.

I can survive off of only Orange and Green and a 12 pack is really a 6 pack of 2 packs. Split that half Orange half Green.

Now you've get all you need at a bare minimum.

Mind sharing what car(s) you'll be working on?

Good Choice. Been using that combo for awhile myself.
