Hello Autogeeks. Quick question about what I do when I wax, which is once a month.

After a waterless wash with D114, I go to waxing. I apply ULW all over the car, take a snack break, and come back.

By then, the ULW has had some time to cure, and I pull out then D156 and a nice MF. Now for the question on my technique.

Is it a bad thing that I spray D156 while wiping off the ULW?

Gives me more peace of mind on the coverage, but not totally sure if its okay to do this.

Both Meguiars products and they probably have the same polymer formula so you should be fine.

There are quite a few Synthetic Wax "combos" that
are recommended to be used in conjunction with
each other, just as you're using the above two
Meguiar's Synthetic Wax products together.

Although It does seem, to me, to be a little bit
of overuse of similar products...there's probably
no harm in doing so.

And if it makes you less anxious about the
waxing-process---with the results being
satisfactory for you---I say: Go for it! :xyxthumbs:

Shouldn't be a problem. By the way ultimate wax can be removed after it's been on the panel for 3-5 mins. It doesn't haze like a wax or NXT/M21.
