Ok, for fun..What is your least favorite thing to do during a detail job?

I'll start it off..My least favorite things are scrubbing wheel wells and cleaning the glass (inside and outside)..Next?!

Cleaning carpeted wheel wells. Unless you have a pressure washer, they are a PITA.

Cleaning ANY part of the interior. I try to stay on paint at all times unless it's a new higher end vehicle.

Inside windshields and rear windows without a doubt.

TRIM. Thats why i sealed it with WGTS. Tedious job, but once sealed i get months of protection.

Wheels followed by interior windshields/rear windows and interiors.

Carpeted wheel well (I have those)
Overspray of rustproofing - a pain to remove on door jams and engine bay

Put me in the interior glass camp. I hate windshields and rear windows unless they are mounted in a hatch.

Exterior: I like doing exteriors, but the parts I like the least are the dripping of water out of the cracks and crevices and door jambs.

I actually like doing wheel wells for the after result. Really makes wheels look good.

Interior:
I hate the whole process of vacuuming.

What the heck are carpeted wheel wells??

They have sound-proofing material in them.

My least favorite thing is doing the interior in general... seems I always smash up my hands. And getting into spots sucks (like the rear window).

Chain smokers cars with yellow nicotine coated inside glass and ash trays over flowing with stinky butts. The butts get vacuumed but the nasty glass smears so bad sometimes I have to use a solvent first
