80 Dollar gift certificate Shipping?

I'm trying to buy the 100 dollar gift certificate for 80 dollars, but it keeps trying to add a shipping charge of 18 dollars to it. I emptied my cart and started over, I logged out and tried to do it as a guest, I even tried Incognito mode so that it won't use my cookies, but it keeps adding the 18 dollar shipping fee.
 
Change it to international shipping and the shipping charge will be taken off.

I contacted support and that was the fix.
 
Site will be updated shortly, until then you can select international shipping.
 
Was it some sort of flash sale? I just went to go try it and the $100 GC is $100 not $80.
 
It's the VIP deal of the week I believe. You have to sign up to be a VIP to get this offer. It's easy to do, just google autogeek VIP and Im sure you can find the info.

Nick, I ordered earlier today and got charged, but I havent received my gift certificate yet.will it arrive via email tomorrow?

It does not have anything to do with money or how often you buy, you just simply need to sign up for the VIP offerings.

Same here. I ordered and was charged but didn't receive anything. I assumed it would be in my account when I go to checkout on my next order.

Naw man, I've got one gift cert stocked up from like two months ago. They're supposed to email you a code to use. As of now I'm still waiting. Last time I bought a gift cert, it came in my email same day.
 
I'm waiting too. Don't they usually ask where to send the gift cert? I already emailed customer service, no big deal I'm not in a hurry to use it.
 
I got an email this morning like they are going to ship it. I would just prefer a code and they can save shipping but whatever works.

What the crazy? Why not just send us a code again like last time? Aw man, this is getting lame lol, but as long as the shipping is free, then I got no complaints. 100 dollar gift cert is still 100 dollars worth of product lol.
 
The super special is open until midnight Sunday. And as far as I know the gift certificates never expire. A deal you can't beat.
 
Guys, I havent gotten my gift cert yet, and its already sunday. Anyone else got this problem?
 
Have not received mine either but it appears they are going to mail it so I would assume early to mid next week.
