Orange vs white pad with polish

Hi all, I am using meguiars ultimate polish and usually use it with a white pad. Would there be any difference using an orange pad with it? For example in terms of abrasiveness from most to least:
Ultimate compound - orange
Ultimate polish - orange
Ultimate polish - white

If the downforce, arm-travel speed, the tool and
tool-speed were the same for all three scenarios...
Then, IMO:
Your aggressiveness' ranking order is spot-on.
