Longer Lasting Winter Wax/Sealant?

I have Megs NXT 2.0 and Collinitte 845.

Which will provide better winter protection?
I only wax my daily driver twice a year. I'm not going for beauty. I'm going for protection.

He's no doubt referring to Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0.

I'll go out on a limb, and say that yes, Collinite #476 Super Doublecoat Wax does last longer than WGDGPS 3.0.

The Wolfgang Sealant is a very darn nice product though. I've used both many times, the collinite for many many years in fact

Between these two, I again give Collinite the nod, hands down.
 
Although they're both great products. But yeah, Collinite Insulator is just awesome stuff.
 
Another good choice for long term protection through the winter is FK1000p.

What many people will do is:
-First apply a coat of NXT 2.0...followed
by a curing-time-period of around 12-24 hrs.:
an ample allowance for NXT 2.0, IMO.

After this cure-time:
-They will then apply a coat of Collinite #845
on top of the coat of cured NXT 2.0.

And:
-Since you have both products...
Why not give their method a try?
