There were a couple of snake oil salesman that came into the dealership back in the 1990's trying to push Dri Wash on us. I even went to one of their multi level marketing meetings. It was sold in an aerosol can and was overpriced. We purchased one case. We used it for wiping down showroom cars which it did work ok . Of course these days Meguiars, Pinnacle, Ultima, Blackfire, EcoSmart, etc are much better and more economical
i like it cause you do not have to add water .I'm not a dry wash fan but that stuff was pretty good.
May not be what you're looking for...Only one DRY product out there and that's Kozak. I can't find anything called "Dry Guard" link please.

I don't remember it as oily either. Soft, dry and pretty durable is what I remember.For what I remember if I'm right wasn't kozak a oily towel.there was a featur of that product that I didn't like can't remember.
