^that looks good! Water based? How long does it last? Does it sling?
Armor All is strictly a retail product forma company that offers little research into car care products compared to others.
IMO:Professional Detailing and Armor All do not really match up.
I will say the Armor All Auto Glass is absolutely fantastic.
For years...AA was the only game in town. While I do not think that Armor All is even close to as bad as its reputation among today's detailers, there is so much more to consider.
Sorry...going to have to dispute your word.Armor All is strictly a retail product forma company that offers little research into car care products compared to others.
Good sentiments. While there are many great retail products,
consider bulk purchasing for professional detailers.
Consider how many lines of products are really offered.
Consider R&D for future products.
I say:The detail world is moving forward.
Your dollars count.
Supporting great auto care companies that really care about your vehicle, and you as a consumer, are the ones that you would benefit the most from to support with your dollars.
Well for starters their products are not made available in quantity, such as gallon size for the majority of their products offered. How would you really know that? Just sayin..
No it really doesn't.IMO:
Your definition of what constitutes:
Professional Detailing needs to be expanded...
and expounded...upon.
For years...AA was the only game in town.
They were "The Gold Standard" that others
sought to either emulate and/or improve upon.
Some succeeded; some didn't do so hot.
Sorry...going to have to dispute your word.
Again, Armor All Inc is not in the driver's seat on those decisions.ZEP/AA do have Professional products line-ups.
And...Their R&D is similar to other chemical
companies: Proprietary in nature.
I have used a couple ZEP products and have not been very impressed.I say:
Take another look at Zep's/AA's products before
totally discounting their consumer oriented style
of forward thinking.

Just because a product is sold for over the counter retail use doesn't mean it's of any lesser quality.
Perfect example is Meguiar's Ultimate Wax. For all the products that Meguiar's offers, Ultimate Wax is their best available wax and what they hang their hat on. I've heard it straight from them in person, and believe me it's without a doubt.
I'll go out on a limb and say that no other car care company has figured out how Armor All makes their aerosol Wheel Protectant. Name another product that resembles it or even comes close to doing what that stuff does...
How's that for Armor All's "research into car care products compared to others"
Evidently you misunderstood:I would disagree with this.
Brands like Turtle Wax, Mothers, Simonize and others were available and have their cult following to this day.
@Vanev. I detailed my brothers Cadillac a while back and used Turtle Wax Endura on the tires, and Armor All Wheel Protectant on the wheels... He text me almost 2 months later saying he couldn't believe how his car has pretty much remained clean for so long.

My 1st thought was the wheels & tires went a long way and they did. 2 months of staying perfect. 2 over the counter products..
So that's 2 products that can't be matched by so called "better brands", boutique companies, bulk sized/professional, or whatever you consider to be premium car care. And Meguiar's Ultimate Wax deserves an honorable mention so that makes 3.
I hope this doesn't come off the wrong way because I'm not trying to offend you. I'm just sayin..
Yes, that is me.@Vanev. Are you the dude from the glass cleaner thread a while back? The 1 who asked Darren to review the Armor All Glass Cleaner?
Yes, that is me.
I did check in on AutoFetish YouTube Channel a couple times to see if Darren ever made a follow up video for the glass cleaner specifically, but I do not see it.
He is a busy guy and seems to be growing and already successful business.
I am just glad he gave the product an honest chance.
I honestly never thought he would.
