Your GO-TO MF for Glass

I hear a lot about the Waffle Weave MF's on AG for window cleaning. Do waffle weaves deserve the credit and hype they get, or do you guys believe certain other microfibers work just, AS good, or better, for glass cleaning? And if so, what ones would you guys recommend?

Waffle weaves work well because they don't shed lint. There are glass specific towels too but I find waffle weaves to be just fine plus you can use them on paint too.
 
I use a glass and window towel from a company that sells rags.
 
- Microfiber Madness Cloudbuster

- OPT glass towel (old ones, super thin)...could prolly substitute CarPro USA "Fast Glass" towels, though i can't attest to whether or not the Fast Glass towels are linty.

the two towel choices above DO NOT LINT and that is a big deal on glass for me. i am very, very particular about clean glass.

AND GLASS MASTER PRO tool. makes cleaning interiors of windshields and rear windows so much easier on many vehicles.

reason i use two different towels is because certain edge areas of many interior windows need a thinner towel than the Cloudbuster or similar glass waffle weave. this includes the areas at the inside bottoms of windshields, rear windows and the inner edges of door glass.

:iagree: A nice, high quality waffle weave is going to work real well on glass.

it looks and feels raggly as hell, costs $7, but damnit if it's not the best glass towel I've ever used.

These were and still are l my first glass towels I ever bought from autogeek.

I will continue to use them for as long as they continue to perform for me.

Speaking of I knew I forgot to order something....more from the sales!

I'll second this towel! I just bought a pack of 10 on Black Friday. I'm not going to lie, at first I was disappointed. They're very thin and different from any towel I've bought. I had a problem with towels linting, but not anymore. These towels are fantastic for windows!
