Order was placed 12/21. I received an incorrect item.

Nick mentioned in another thread that they will be taking over fulfillment this week. It may be worth wild to give Nick a call or email. He's really good about responding to emails.
 
Let me know who you got through to. I have an order that I placed but has yet to be filled (Ordered on 12/28)
 
Spoke to a nice woman today and it's all taken care of.

Wouldn't you know that literally five minutes before I called Bryan had emailed to tell me the the correct item was on the way.
