how do I defrost ice covered windshield fast after snow storm?

it takes a long time to heat up the windshield. Is there a way to remove ice fast?

I use one of these. A LOT better than a normal plastic ice scraper.

Go buy winter blend windshield washer fluid. It speeds things along nicely.

Yeah I knew I had saw that meme on Facebook couldn't remember exactly what it said lol. What's bad is I'm sure someone on social media probably saw these and actually did this stuff smh.

One of my co-workers has a vinyl cover that goes across his windshield. It gets closed in the doors. He walks out after it snows, pulls the cover, shakes it off and drives away.
