No free gift?

I hope I don't receive the same gifts since I ordered them on different days and put the comment on each order.

I'm always careful to read the fine print, as some free gifts are automatically added, while many times aren't; must add to cart.

I'm not sure how random the contents of the gifts are, but with my order I received:

1) 32 oz DP Rinseless Wash & Gloss Concentrated
1) 12 oz XMT Intermediate Swirl Remover
1) 12 oz XMT Heavy Duty Swirl Remover
1) DUO Odor Eliminator - Linen Fresh
1) DUO Odor Eliminator - Fresh Berry
1) 3 pack hanging DUO Odor Eliminator - Spring Air
1) DUO Odor Eliminator Clip - New Car
1) 4 Pack DUO Odor Eliminator Vent Sticks - Fresh Berry
1) Trigger spray head

^^ I got the same gift package on my most recent order. But I placed a previous order around the holidays that was supposed to come with free blackfire shampoo. The shampoo wasn't included with my order- just like the op stated. I'm not upset or anything. Just an observation

I would say that the instructions for receiving the free gift were not clear. I'd thought it would be an automatic addition. The email gave no indication of how to do this which made for a confusing experience to a first time buyer. I didn't receive my gift, but kudos to AGO for making it right! And harrumph to those for spoiling my surprise!

Not bad, eh? The rinseless wash is useful, and the XMT's aren't bad either. They will definitely get used on our vehicles.

If the gift is supposed to be included automatically, then it's only right for AG to make it up to you, IMO. This isn't about being greedy or penny pinching. It's just that when you're promised something; it should be delivered.

Got my order today and no free gift. It's very confusing if you have to add the free gift. Even if you click on the link at the top or add the code in that it gives you.
