Well I got a nice surprise on my recent order which showed up today. My Rupes Mini was upgraded to the HD model.

Exactly. It got put to use as it came just in time.
 
Now it really stings that it's the weekend and I have to wait till Teus. for my polisher to arrive.😐
 
I was so busy with knocking out this detail that I didn't get a chance to open up the Rupes book.

I left a comment on my order on whether or not Mike Phillips could sign the book.

Here's hoping that doesn't happen. He's a busy man, I think it'd be courteous for all of us to take that into consideration..

I would never buy one of Mike's books,
unless his signature was affixed thereon.

FYI Mike's books can be ordered separately with his signature.

When I ordered my Rupes there was no option for his signed copy. I took a gample and asked if it would be possible to get it signed. I thank the Atuogeek team and Mike for taking the time to do that.
 
Awesome you got the V.I.P treatment that order, upgrade HD, 3 day shipping, and Mike's signature, that sounds like a home run order to me.
