Thank you for the follow-up. As of right now I have already pre-ordered mine. It just seems like a common thing with overseas shipping. Thanks for keeping us updated. Will you advise us when they arrive to your HQ in Colorado?
 
As best I can I will... distributors will be getting their allocations in the order they placed their requests, so hurdle one is getting them here to the US, hurdle 2 is dividing them up amongst the distributors who pre-ordered. If you guys knew the quantity of these that was requested worldwide you'd faint. Long story short we'll be building nano's around the clock for months to catchup.

I heard from my local distributor that because the demand is so high that even the quantity that the dist. requested they may not even get. I just worry because I hope I did not pree-order only to find out my dist. did not get any. I was told you don't bill the dist. until you know exactly how many units are being sent to them.
 
My distributor just took delivery of the first nano shipment yesterday afternoon. I was the only one who did a pre-order so I will be going today to pick mine up. I just wanted to advise the community they are finally here.

We know everyone is very anxious to receive their new Rupes iBrid Kit (including Mike Phillips! :laughing:).

The good news is that as RUPES' largest distributor in the U.S., we have more headed our way than anyone else. :dblthumb2:

The bad news, if you would like to call it that, is the shipments are coming in small batches. Today we received a handful of units.

We appreciate everyone's patience - the wait has been killing us as well. We received a lot of pre-orders for the new iBrid System, and we will be fulfilling them in the order that they were received.

A few of you will be receiving a shipping confirmation later today. ;)
