Looking at buying some of their products. Mostly looking for compounds. What would be 2 or 3 good products to start off with for light scratches? I wanted to try the 3 in 1 but not sure how it is.

Any help is appreciated. Right now I am using the chemical guys line but want to try something new.

Check out my post in the Samples thread. Im actually looking to trade away some great Menzerna products that fit your bill.

3D/HD use with a microfiber cutting disk?

I've never had to go more aggressive than an orange pad, I'm not a mf pad fan, but that's just me.

I've been using Foam pads also and seem to get good results. Have one MF and not really a fan of it

I try to get the best results in one step no matter which HD product I use for the job the apply my lsp of choice which latley has been HD Poxy.

Start off with FG400 and SF3500. This will be your compound/polish setup from Menzerna.

3n1 features the polishing abrasive found in PF2500.

What he said.

The 400 and sf3500 you can tackle anything.

If you want something for light scratches pf2500 or menzerna 3 in 1.

However the menzerna 3500 has some decent cut in its own right.

3d HD speed is a inexpensive product that will give you excellent results if you want a light cutting polish.

People will tell you speed is 75% HD polish and 25% poxy but that isn't true.

Speed cuts better then HD polish, and I talked to David of 3D as the formulation is a secret it contains more of just HD polish.

It has a combination of different abrasives from different polishes from the 3d line.

Sounds good guys. So the Menzerna is a better pick than the 3dhd

Imho quite the contrary. I personally haven't used any of my Menzerna line since purchasing the 3D HD line last spring.

Both product lines are awesome. It comes down to preference. I have used Menzerna for years and it works for me. Others have used 3D for years and achieve the great results.

Both products will do an awesome job; the differentiation is in the skill of the person behind the polisher.

I have not tried any menzerna products at all

I have used both lines. I just dumped Menzerna in favor of Shine Supply. Except i kept the 3in1. I love the product. The reason i got rid of the Menzerns line, it got ridiculous with the amount of mid level polishes/name/number changes the past couple years
