Just a quick question.
Has anyone used any type of refillable spot sprayer for anything detail related.

No you can pressurize with compressed air and sprays like an aerosol.

So what are you asking, can you spray waterless wash with an air-fed sprayer? I don't see any reason why not.

I looked at these once for a reason I can't remember. I couldn't find one that allowed you to use water based products (rust issue). Did I miss something?

I think it would be easy to attach a pressure fitting to a hand pump sprayer and have something that works as well. Solo sprayers have a fine spray.

I like this... Dunno what I'd use it for. Waterless washing? presoaks?

I use these for tire dressing, trim, and areas where I don't want overspray.

They used to be available for $4-$5 on eBay. They're basically kitchen mister - for olive oil, but with plastic body instead of stainless.

Dri Wash N Guard (remember these guys?)also sells it, but they charge like $8 for one.

I just recently started using an electric sprayer for rinseless washes and applying clay lube. It works great and is so much quicker/easier than squeezing a spray bottle a million times.

Even better when you upgrade the gun :)

Those are good sprayers. I have a few of them also

Autogeek Chemical Resistant Pressure Sprayer. This is a water and product saver. I use a cap full of CG extreme wash and wax concentrate, add water to the bottle, pump and spray. Then I fill a bucket with water and use a chenille or microfiber wash mitt. I wash each panel individually then dry with chamois. No more puddles of water to walk through.
