Cleaning lotion or wax?

I have heard of lotions that clean your paint. I'm not detail freak by no means by I do like a shinny car with popping paint. I do use paste wax poor boys natty blue or all in one klasse or color x. But I also been told that there is lotions that clean the paint even better before you apply wax? What are they or did I miss understood. My goal is to apply by it after using and aio product and before wax? It's all done by hand. It's going to be used on a brand new white car and 13 blue if that makes any difference?!! So what's good guys and gals?

Natty Blue as far as I know is a pure wax that does not contain any cleaners. Therefore, if you wish to use that as your last step wax, it would be recommended to use a cleansing product prior to applying the wax. Especially on a white car, the wax will not remove road grime and fall out you CAN see on a light colored car. A cleaner will. An AIO will also work to clean the paint.
