Great work, refined in all aspects of detailing. What lends you to choose one nano coating over another for your details? What the customers willing to spend or some paints prefer one application over another?

We're fortunate enough to be asked to test many products... coatings included, and over the years I have come to find that most coatings will perform amazingly well when used properly. So, we like to incorporate various options into our services. Our coating services are broken up into 2 options, the lower cost option which includes a minimum of a one-step paint correction and any number of consumer grade coatings with durability in the 2-3 year time frame, and a higher cost option which includes more in depth paint correction and any number of professional grade coatings with durability exceeding 2 years. I have found that 99% of consumers do not care which brand of product is used on their car as long as it works, so I don't list specific products on our services, but only sell them on the features/benefit of the product, not the brand name. From your detailed posts it's a no brainer to have you beta test products that the rest of the industry will then have the opportunity to incorporate into their services. With those warranties do you outline or have requirements the client must maintain to guarantee the warranty? I can imagine some clients hearing of the durability and really pushing that to the limit.

We do not offer any warranties. You'll find that basically every manufacturer based coating warranty is full of loopholes and in my opinion is completely useless. Greg Gellas did a great article on this topic on the DI Ask-A-Pro Blog... you should give it a read.

All durability numbers that we advertise or mention to our customers are estimates based on manufacturer claims and/or our own long term testing. Our customers are informed that without proper maintenance, the durability of certain properties, such as the ability to bead and sheet water, will suffer.

Well, I drove the M4 about 40 ft total in and out of the shop lol so I've got nothing to say about it really.

I love my ISF. Something about a V8 is intoxicating... but I'd love to get some real driving time in a M4.
