Joe I know I talk about smoked ribs to you alot..well here is some to help you get over your cold....

That's when you pop open a can of beer, stick it up the chicken's butt and set the chicken like it's sitting down on the can, on the grill. Just like in Al's picture. It helps keep the meat moist. People do it with Coke etc. Just had beer chicken a few weekends ago. Was mmm mmmm good!!

My family likes to call it Beerbutt chicken... very good! Last time I had it in Florida... the chickens had a fight:

Oh...Joe forgot to mention...I made the Jack Daniels and Southern Comfort sauce....and I spray them with Jim Beam and brown Sugar ...that will cure your cold....lol....I should make a sauce batch and send to you...it will last thru shipping .....

its a brinkman I bought about 10 years ago..lol....I have a smoke house also....but thats used mainly for large quanities of meat...like turkeys...ducks...vension sides...pigs...I actually did a quarter of a moose a few years back for a game supper....tooks about 2 days to do..smoking is a slow process...

All that food..lol...my kid could eat that all...he is a machine....you do not want to get stranded on a desert Isle with my kid..as soon as you sleep he will be thinking of you on a spit over a fire...lol....

I have 4 people to feed tonite....having home made cole slaw and red potato bliss...I was busy today....

hahahaha..I hope i'm not late for dinner pass me a little ribs and chicken please...:)...if your kid is coming over i already know he ate my portion..he always does...LOL ..i guess a pic is the next best thing...the ribs look as good as you described them..

Joe..i just want you to get better....I will send some ribs and stuff this winter..less chance of it heat spoiling....plus smoked meat does not spoil fast...look at the old cowboys..they ate smoked meat for months from the same cow...lol...

just get better so I can bust you with out guilt
