Attachments. I also ordered the heavy duty optional carpet and upholstery end. I will use that on rough interiors. All attachments are super high quality pieces!

I have had about 6 uses with this vacuum and have to say it is super impressive. I have no regrets. Pictured below you can see there are 3 settings to vent the handle. The more you vent the less suction at the end. I have noticed I generally use it fully open/vented. With full suction it's just crazy.

Fully closed. Max suction.

Interesting looking crevice tool... I just looked up the vac online and it seems legit. I can just imagine how clean it must perform being all brand new in your detailed garage. Great deal all around.👍🏽
 
I just went through the same analysis. Wound up buying the Craftsman unit, from Sears (manufactured by Vacmasters). Wet / Dry, 20' hose, 5 HP, remote, etc. All the features I was looking for, for $99, on sale.
 
I'd like to add that the Vacumaid Garage Vac Pro is really quiet as well! About half the decibels of my shop vac.

20' hose + remote control on/off for only $99 wow that's a great deal!

Download a decibel meter app on your smartphone and measure the decibels standing 3' away. My Ridgid measures 91 decibels.
 
65 decibels 3 ft away. I then walked up to it and put my phone right next to it within inches and max I got was 72 decibels. I'll have to check what my shop vac is. But I can tell you just by ear it is much louder.

65 decibels is what it is inside my Cadillac. That's pretty damn quiet for a shop vac wow!

Well, this is going off of a phone app. I wouldn't consider it to be that reliable. I will check my shop vac for comparison purposes against the Garage Vac Pro when I get home from work and report back. It is quiet. I will say that. Maybe comparable to your Cadillac going down the highway with both windows open:)
