Wolfgang ETS is far superior to 303 on exterior trim. 303 would be gone after the first rain.

Do not use heat to restore plastic without experience. Here are some pictures...

I learned this the hard way using a heat gun on my daily's wiper cowl. Got a little aggressive and warped it in spots.
