Logo Design Feedback Wanted

This is what I've come up with so far and I'm in Florida, hence the orange. I'm planning on getting someone on fiverr to convert it to a vector file so the pixelation goes away. Please leave any feedback/criticism.

design looks fruity and sweet. Makes me want to grab some fruits lol. The design is good and like the above poster said, take out the college kids.
 
As a 'college kid' who also details, take that part out for sure. Nobody will want to pay the prices for high quality work from someone who advertises as a "college kid"
 
There are some pretty decent logo designers on fiverr. ,I would spend a fifty bucks and see what you can come up with.
 
I made my own logo at one point and I thought it was the nutz. Somone said to me that I should have a pro do it, which is code for, I dont like it, and I dont think you can pull it off.

I watched youtube videos for gimp, photoshop ect. It just wasnt portraying the right message.
 
Maybe it's just me, but I think the car should be going in the other direction. And the orange needs a little work. It's not bad, but I think you can do better.
 
I'm thinking too hard about the name with the orange in it. I like the idea of using an orange, but maybe somewhere else.
 
Agree with what was said above about the "college kid" and orange part. I would also use a different silhouette of a car, something that is more sleek and modern.

I agree, the car going right would flow with the words since we read left to right
 
So i had a pro make a better logo for me on fiverr. Came out pretty damn good for only 5 bucks, but I'm having him change the font on "James Chastonay's" to something more legible. View attachment 51433

Agreed 5 bucks can make things 10x better. I had my guy do price list, business cards and flyers.
 
Cruz could you show me what your price list looks like? I've been wanting to make one up
