Use for the green MF towels the come In AG's kits?

I recently ordered a few kits from the store and these towels have been in my kits. all the description says is 16x16 MF towel (2 pack) tag says made in china. They seem like a cheap OTC towel. not trying to knock AG by any means. I understand they are not going to throw in a guzzler in a kit. I'm just curious if you guys use these and for what?

Being that I am a rookie! Could someone please tell me what micro-fiber towels should I be buying for working on my paint? I got some of the green ones myself with my last order and thought that they were good but what do I know!

Just use them as mop. No other use of such low quality products.
