Getting ready for BIG Vette show Monday

My heart ain't in it (hopefully that will change once it's fixed). It's HOT and HUMID


Starting to get ready for the Vette show. Inside is done ex windows
Vac w Metro Vac & Blo
PB Natural look on leather & vinyl.



Wash w Geyon Bathe, PB Mitt & PB bug cloth
Dry w Turbo Dryer then PB WW & Overcoat (new version to test the anti spot)

Cosmic spritz and/or Gold Zircon in a few hours
 
What an absolutely beautiful Corvette! White is hard to make it stand out & boy does that white stand out! Looks like it is done already.

Beautiful ride there! I am not a fan of white, but the white, black, carbon fiber, WOW. You got it looking amazing, your sure to have a crowd around that beast checking it out.

Good luck Ron your Vette looks awesome. I'd say you live in FL, that's usually hot and humid, lol. What wax or coating do you use?

At this point, it has everything but a wax on it. It needs to get the front quarters repainted due to paint chips, then I'll polish it out and coat it.
I dried it with overcoat as an aid, in a little while it'll get 2 coats of Viking coat, and maybe Gold Zirkon.
 
Your ride looks killer! What's better than a white Vette? Nothing IMO. But like I have done, you'll go out there, like I did many times with my white '67 Ragtop up at Elkhart Lake's "Corvette Corral", and see other killer Rays, that you almost break down, do an outright sale for another purchase or a trade.

I failed to do that twice in fact, back in the '80's, I was offered a trade twice with my freak '67 and both times about $7K more in trade, for two ZL-1 Vettes. One was an all original '71 I believe, Canary Yellow, sort of Uggg on the color, and wheels, but totally unmolested original, protecto plate, window sticker, all bills,original owner. And the other, a highly modified '69, tilt front end, Can Am White, blue stripes, on hood and tail, black ragtop, chrome hooker sidewinders, Pirelli P-zeros, and a total glass beaded engine and tranny, from the water pump to the tail end of manual tranny. all the rest was immaculate pure chrome. Black Leather interior. It was a low hugger, don't know how he got in back in there on the grass.

Still kicking myself! I did not make what I wanted when I eventually sold my '67 in fact I'd say I was taken to the cleaners.

Looking great bud! Just received word that the black stingray I did a few weeks ago is already being traded for a new Grand Sport Corvette. Being built now. I hope to see it late fall

Looks good Ron. It's front fenders. No such thing as front quarter panels.

Im sure its much cooler to get into a white Vette that has been sitting in a car show rather than a black Vette.

Im with you, I can't stand hot weather.

The outside is cooler, inside hotter (old one was grey interior, this one is black)
