What are you all using? Rinseless wash question.

expensive, but I've had mine for 2 years and have used it a lot. It's held up excellently. The one I had before was a cheapo no name $10 one, which didn't spray well, it seemed to have to pump it a lot more and the spray nozzle wasn't very good. The Kwazar's I can do an entire car off my initial 20 pumps. Also it has a super fine mist. I'm definitely using less product than my previous sprayer. Now I don't know how it compares to other cheaper sprayers. I have a 1 liter Kwazar for my iron remover, a 1.5 for my waterless wash and a 2 liter one for various stuff. I'm thinking about ordering a few more 1 liter ones, it would be awesome imho for 303 Fabric Guard.

I would imagine you use 2 buckets with the red sponge.
You might still convince me!!

1 Bucket only. ONR encapsulates the dirt so it sits below the grit guard. Trust the science :)

You can use 2 buckets but it's a hassle dragging along 2 buckets. I only use 2 buckets when I use D114 with a wash mitt as that is how it was recommended on the Meguiar's forum.

I've never used ONR, but have been using D114 and D115 for a while.

How would you compare the cleaning power of ONR vs. D114? I'll probably be moving to ONRWW (Optimum in general) and keeping the D114 for times when no residue is required.

They are on par with one another. ONR is a good substitute for D114. ONR is slightly slicker because of the polymers that are left behind. Never used D115 so I can't compare that to ONRWW.

Thanks for the info!

I have the older [blue] 1 & 2lt versions. They are very reliable; going 4 yrs without a hiccup. Too bad I can't say the same of the double-trigger sprayers. I bought 5 reg and 5 360* and a total of four failed within a year.

Now I'm back using regular gray Tolco trigger and the fancy stuff just sit and collect dust.

My two Kwazar Mercury's for over a year no problems and I use them once a week for waterless washes. Does the sprayer head come off for you? I tape the head down to keep it from separating.

On the 32oz ones, I do reinforced the trigger with tape. The 16oz feels quite sturdy, so no tape on them.

I noticed each time before a failure occurs, the return stroke would yield less pressure. Took them apart to clean (watch out for the tiny bead should you take one apart), but to no avail. I think the piston/shaft warped after a while. Too bad because the 360* was probably the best & most fun sprayer tool I used, up until they start failing. For awkward situations (tall roof) and wheel wells, they were brilliant.

The newer ones seems to have a different design, so they may have made some improvements. I might just buy one and see what's the difference - if any.
