Tire mark on boat seat

My dad was moving our boat and trailer recently and decided to buy a new spare tire. We were out of space, so he put it inside the boat. When we got home, the tire had rubbed on the white vinyl seat in the back and left marks and "tattoos" of the lettering that was on the tire :doh:.

I've tried using "Spray 9 Marine" cleaner on it and working gently with a nylon brush without any luck.


Any ideas you guys have would be great!
 
Spray nine is kinda weak.Repeat with Zep 505,or buy something here.
 
Do you think Meg's APC (10:1) would be better?
 
Subscribe, left my removable boat seat (bassboat) on top a spare set of goodyears for a year and now that seat has oodyea tattooed into it. I tried meg's apc at full strength and nothing came off. Not sure what to try living with it and trying leaving it in sun to bleach it.
