when I detailed this M/B 2 months ago it had streak stains on the hood and trunk that I believe were caused by an automatic car wash. I washed the vehicle used a clay bar applied PB white diamond glaze then PB EX sealant with wax. 2 months later streaks have returned even though the car has been hand washed since. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Presoak damage? What kind of streaks what do they look like?

I am going to try to get photos today. Streaks ate about one inch wide by 12" long in 4 places on hood and one place on trunk totally free form no pattern at all

took photos came out better in the shade of carport

Posted photos in the gallery any help correcting the problem would be greatly appreciated

I had a similar issue with a single stage metallic green Jeep that went Thur a automatic car wash and the strong detergents ruined the hood and other panels. It was a cheap single stage paint job but my best try was just using a one step polish like HD speed, lasted a few months but a repaint was due.

Also it's tricky with single stage paint, let alone metallic as it can cause unevenly areas due to metallic.

Just finished AIO on M/B streaks gone. Will they come back? Anything else I can do ? Thanks very much for the help

What is a M/B?

In a header it should be full spelling, then the clever acronymes.

Could be possible windshield washer fluid and misted on trunk.Anything on the roof paint looks like it needs some polishing.

Try some polishing or a light compound with no fillers.
