vinyl tonneau protectant?

I'd never even heard of diluting APC for various applications until I started reading the AG Forum a couple years ago! :)
To a rookie like me, this was news. I always figured I could buy a bottle of APC at the store and I just assumed it was properly diluted by the manufacturer.

You mean like that George Foreman stuff? Psshh... lol.

Can it withstand like that throughout steady rain? My fabric top can't, and I've always wondered if some tops can as that would be really cool.

Do you mean that it leaks? I have fixed 2 leaks on my jeep top.

No, just referring to maintaining that beading. Mine would bead if I poured water from a bottle...

But put it through some actual rainfall and it would saturate in short time. [but not leak or anything] I just think the beading looks cool.

I think the 303 to work properly has to be buffed in considerably as told by the company rep. There was a thread somewhere about it. As it will run if you don't

Yes I use a brush to spread it on convertible tops and tonneau covers.

We have rain forecast for the next couple of days so I will check and take pics.

It's dark so I can't get a good pic but I can confirm that is does bead after long downpours. It does not saturate. I use 303 cleaner followed by protectant.
